Switch Activation via built-in Sip & Puff switch...
A built-in Sip & Puff switch is available as an option on the FX ECU. Controlling the ECU with a Sip & Puff switch is a fast and easy option for individuals with dexterity and/or ambulatory difficulties. A slight vacuum produced in the users mouth, not the lungs, is used to advance the highlighted icon within the various menus. An airline is positioned within reach of the user. A slight Puff, or pressure, acts as an "execute" function, and executes the functionality of the currently highlighted menu option or icon. All menu options and icons can provide voice announced feedback to the user allowing easy navigation through the menus without the need to see the display.
